Making visual art and progress.
Added 2023-09-12 16:42:28 +0000 UTCThose of you who Follow me on Instagram may have seen I’m making a lot of visual art lately. I’ve been selling paintings for around $400 each. Believe it or not this means I barely break even.
The paints cost about $100 the canvas also about $100 shipping and packaging is about $150. I’m going to try to sell another painting by the end of today. But if anyone would like to donate a bit more so I can have a better budget for supplies, that would be helpful.

Colin, see what happens if you start charging more for your paintings. Even charging $500 instead of $400 would help, I imagine, but I might even go up to $600. See if that affects your sales. I bet it won’t, and then you will be in a better position. I’m a painter and know all too well how ridiculous making a living as an artist can be!
