I remember seeing this in theaters. I enjoyed it. And as far as non-religious people go (not me personally but i can see others’ perspectives), aliens aren’t all that far fetched when you consider the previous religious relics. I agree that the search itself didn’t feel as archeological as the previous ones but I still liked it. It’s enjoyable and i really liked the family dynamic. So happy they didn’t bring back the other women. Loved her. Who knows what the next one will be and what timeframe it’s set in. They totally set up the new jr as the new indy with the hat at the end. Also the father/son adventure felt a little like the previous one with indy and sean connery. So i liked that as well.
