Tomorrow, we’re releasing two episodes: an abbreviated teaser version of our Lee Lai interview on Gender Reveal and an extensive chat with Alma Avalle on Gender Conceal. Alma and I have been talking about recording an interview together for years, but I made her wait until she didn’t work at Condé so that we could gossip more freely. As promised, here’s the playlist I’ve been slowly putting together for six months. So far, everyone has been v surprised by one specific track and it’s not at all the track I expected.
Recently I sort of randomly found myself listening to Queen Latifah’s 1989 debut album, which led to me watching several episodes of Living Single. I recommend both of these activities! It is important history and also everyone is so hot.
