In Central CT (a not terrible train ride from NYC) we have Middletown Pride who has pretty decent funding for events and is always looking for new ideas. They had a queer author event last year with Wesleyan at RJ Julia bookstore. We also have Q+, an youth LGBT org who is trying out new fundraisers and would likely be able to do a joint ticketed promotion event

2025-09-23 14:14:33 +0000 UTCHello I am a bookseller and transsexual in london and wondered if girl dad press has UK distro? public knowledge books are a gorgΓ©ous distributor who work with a lot of independent publishers internationally including people like almanac press (run out of trans library helsinki). And importantly itβs v easy for bookshops to get books thru them !!
