Loving the reaction ! About the lore, most of it you will find out the more you watch the anime. Personally, I think they do a good job explaining curses, curse energy, domaine expansion etc. but I would say, if just pay attention during the fights that would be enough, because that is when they do the most explaining. Besides that, just enjoy the world, the characters because it just gets better and better ! :)
