Spicy Advicey! Dykes! Angels! Grimace! The most perfect shirt?!?

Hey friends,

Hope you’re all hanging in there. I Dyke Marched* for like five hours today and now my brain is completely empty and yet I need to write something here for you now. Did you know that the Los Angeles Angels are currently winning a baseball game 24-0 in the 6th inning? Did you know that The Los Angeles Angels in Spanish is Los Los Angeles Angeles? Those are just some facts for you.

Anyway, this week on the show, Mckenzee and I answered a bunch of advice questions like “Can you think your way through a gender journey?” And “Is getting top surgery bad for my radical politics?” And “Should I tell my dentist that I’m a transsexual?” I think it was mostly one of our best advice episodes yet, although I did mess up one answer (got a bit too spicy, as is the risk!) and have recorded a clarification for next week. But, overall, hope you enjoy(ed)!

Next week, we’ve got multi-hyphenate Honey Mahogany on the show to talk about a) founding the world’s first transgender cultural district and b) lip-syncing to Tranny Chaser with Jinkx Monsoon in 2012. Multitudes! Plus, Ozzy is gonna do a This Week in Gender segment with some Good Political News For Once!!!! (Side note but I just ordered Ozzy a new mic — thank you to each and every one of you for your patronage so we can do things like buy nice mics!)

Doesn’t it seem like I normally write more than this?? Probably but who knows what I’m ever talking about. Oh, one thing: I’ve been reaching out to some of the shops that y’all recommended for the zine, and a few have actually bought copies! Thanks for the help!

LOOK AT IT!!!!! what the fuck. I saw so so so much RealTree at dyke march btw, like at one point I was looking at TWO different people wearing real tree PANTS?? I love our people.
