I really enjoyed watching this one with you guys! I love that it brings the founding fathers alive and makes them feel real and relevant. It made me want to learn more, too. I started reading a lot about Eliza. She was INCREDIBLE.

2021-07-26 22:20:40 +0000 UTCoh how i wish there were more professionally filmed musicals like this. so many great ones you can only find bootlegs or old ass tv broadcasts of (those productions NBC or whoever was pumping out of wicked and jesus christ superstar don't count ugh). movie versions are great but the stage versions always hit DIFFERENT. and leslie odom jr. as aaron burr is ICONIC. what a performance.
