Hey friends,
Hope you’re all hanging in there. I’m still waiting for my brain to come back online so I can get back to running a podcast empire (lol). Maybe someday!
In the meantime, we’ve got a bunch of exceptionally great new merch for ya. (I know I said that merch wasn’t coming back for a while, but then I got sent these iconic designs and simply had to run them while they were timely!)
First up, we’ve got an INSTANT CLASSIC of a design from our good friend Mattie, based on a joke we made at our recent Bell House live show about our Irreversible Damage holes. This one’s available as a t-shirt, a tank top, and a mug with a seeeecret message on the back.
We’ve also got a new design for the 2023 Trans Day of Having a Nice Snack, which is available as a t-shirt (on white or black) as well as a water bottle and mug (for snacks!). Proceeds, of course, go to the TDoS mutual aid fund.

Also, by popular request, we’re restocking our 2022 TDoS cupcake design by Micah Bazant. Grab a shirt or tank top while you can!

Oh, and last but not least, we’ve got our “Future is TK” line back for a few days. This is more of a journalist joke than a trans joke but I know some of you are journalists, and the rest of you are welcome to do Reporter Appropriation.
In non-merch news, I’m teaching a class with AIR on March 30 about turning your podcast or project or whatever in to a community resource. It’s basically just me describing how Gender Reveal works so I’m not sure if you’d get anything out of it but, maybe???
Finally, Niko and I politely suggest that you submit to the Fast & Furious zine before March 22 (don’t overthink it!).
OK, here’s Links & Stuff:
First and foremost:
“Emily Gorcenski… suggests that transgender people in America face what looks much more like a civil rights struggle than a genocide, which is good news because we have a decent track record of steady improvement in civil rights struggles but zero success predicting or preventing any genocides so far.”
WELL. Okay. More to read:

That’s it for this week. Here’s your weekly Rhubarb.

PS: I'm doing an obscene amount of travel for non-ideal ~family reasons~ next week, so if you don't hear from me, it's because everything happened too much. Thanks for your understanding!
