See, I liked this one a lot better than Get Out

This one , while the acting and the plot of the family trying to survive was good , there really wasn't no cohesive reason for why the clones are there . This film , while better than Prometheus , has the same story problems as that film . It asks too many questions rather then answering them . It's not the best work Peele has done but i still enjoyed it in the end .

2021-07-11 07:26:35 +0000 UTCAnd yes, there is a HUGE lot of deeper meaning to pretty much everything! The thing is the copies of them are just them! Like, literally! For instance, the white friend of the main character is obsessed with her appearance and mentions at the beginning that she had some cosmetic procedure done to her jaw... So, of course, the 'other' her was also obsessively looking at herself in the mirror, and was actually trying to cut her own face to have the same thing done on her own jaw... All those details are put there for your to feel like the 'others' or no real other, it is just them! Anyways, there are lots of videos out there explaining all of these cool details... I totally recommend checking those out, it's so interesting. :)

Their shadows on the ground form the 11 :11, right after we were reminded of it. I thought it's such a cool and clever little detail!
