Great Reactions but you guys need to pay more attention to details you missed couple (no spoilers) things/forgot for example: At the start of anime Ryuk said that if you forfeit Death Note you will lose all memories related to it, so its nothing new. Ryuk is full spectator, Rem can do things but only for Misa sake and limited. When L said that "if i die Light is a Kira" he was collecting evidences against Misa at the same time.
