More advice! Mutual aid news! Big new episode! Big horse!

Hey friends,

Hope you're all hanging in there. We are once again in that liminal space between episodes.

In three hours, we're releasing our episode with Torrey Peters, author of Detransition, Baby and Infect Your Friends and Loved Ones. It's our second-longest episode ever (one minute shorter than our chat with Kai Cheng Thom, who actually came up three separate times in this interview and at least once in the final draft) and I really think you're going to love it.

Speaking of Kai Cheng Thom, actually, please donate to her birthday fundraiser if you can! It support Maggie's, a really excellent sex worker action fund that we've also supported (via merch proceeds) in the past.

But before it's too late, let's talk about Gender 603!

Best friend of the show Zee Griffler (that's a randomly selected photo of us doing Friendship in the rain, back when travel and friendship were allowed) was kind enough to jump in and save the day by recording a last-minute advice episode with us, and they really crushed it imo! Topics include:

And so many more! As always, you can listen in all the podcast places and  send your questions about gender, identity, relationships or sexual orientation to us via this form.

In unexpected and nice news, our mutual aid program was featured in an article about queer online mutual aid networks on the Verge! Read the whole thing here to learn about more folks doing rad work. :)

In merch news, we're re-running a few of your favorite designs for the next couple weeks.

Grab what you want before it's gone again!

In personal news,  this TikTok song has been stuck in my head for a full 24 hours and it was cute at first but now I am SUFFERING. (Yes I have the entire thing memorized because my brain only retains lyrics and trauma! Help!)

Our dear little friend Rhubarb is going through a few separate health issues right now, so please send soothing healing vibes to my precious baby. (She's OK, though, I think! She really enjoyed the sun that we got last week.)

Here's your official weekly Rhubarb.

xoxo,
Yr resident gender detective
