Hey everyone,
Hope yr hanging in there. I just did a "how's ur depression today" poll on Instagram and it turns out that we are mostly doing bad, as a people. Surprise!
Something that made my week a little bit less bad was our delightful and thought-provoking chat with the fantastic Tre'vell Anderson.

Photos of Tre'vell are by their partner: photographer Texas Isaiah.
I polled folks on IG about their favorite parts of this episode, and here's what they said:
Phew! Thanks to everyone for listening and chiming in. Don't forget to subscribe to FANTI for more Tre'vell every week! :)

OK, this has nothing to do with anything but I've been watching WandaVision and now I have this song (spoilers!!!!!) stuck in my head. Anyone else?
In news that I meant to mention last week: Apple Podcasts promoted our Diamond Stylz episode for a day or two using the most chaotic possible combination of words.

Diamond Stylz. Womanism. Sea Lions. Gender Reveal. There is no hint in there that this podcast is about trans people. If you don't know Diamond, her name just sounds like nouns. It's truly chaos and I'm not sure if anyone downloaded the episode based on this bizarre energetic mood board but if so, welcome!

This is the last week to shop our February merch collection, so head to bit.ly/gendermerch if any of these designs appeal to you.

Tomorrow on the show, we're talking about being trans and autistic with Noah Adams, the author of (fittingly) Trans and Autistic.
But wait, there's more! We're also doing a special This Week in Gender Grifts segment, featuring an incredible essay about the Euphoria app suite by Nina Medvedeva. And I'm popping in after the show to read you some tweets because.... I don't know, I wanted to, OK?

I didn't read this one, but it is good. Text: "I have invented a new companion app for being gay. It’s called Craigslist."
(Hey, anyone know if it's possible to do alt-text on this here website?)
That's it for this week. Good luck being a person in a body with a brain. And hey, thanks so much for supporting the work we do here. It really means a ton.
xoxo,
Yr resident gender detective
PS: Here's ur weekly Rhubarb, taken by my friend/bandmate/housemate/etc.
