Hey everyone,
Hope you're all safe and healthy and breathing some good good air. I am thrilled to say that after ten days of barely leaving the house (and looking like this when I did)...

...and then having a big panic and driving an hour to the forest to find a place with air that's only "unhealthy" and walking around and seeing some salamanders and a frog (can u see the frog in this photo?!?!?! it's so good at camouflage!)...

... we are finally able to BREATHE AIR IN PORTLAND AGAIN! It's extremely exciting times and i am trying to take time to appreciate that in between stretches of general despair.
If you're trying to distract yourself from how everything is Bad™, may I also suggest watching the 2002 Disney Channel Original Movie "Gotta Kick It Up!"? I did this a few days ago (it was one of my favorite movies as a kid and I wanted to see how it holds up lolol) and now I need to show you some screenshots that I am obsessed with.

Last summer, my dot-com company folded.

He's now one of the hotshots on the web.
I cannot emphasize enough that this movie was made in 2002. I also cannot emphasize enough that I do not actually recommend this movie unless it is also your ~root~ that you are revisiting for nostalgia and lol purposes.
OK, enough small talk! Let's talk about this week's main event: SO MUCH NEW MERCH.

This new design by Emma Jayne is available in five t-shirt colors and six sticker colors!

100% of proceeds on this design goes to the Michigan Trans Assistance Project! (Technically half goes to Emma, but she told me she's planning to donate all of it.)

This design is also available in fanny pack form, perfect for storing Halloween candy or hormones or haunted objects or whatever your heart desires. (By the way, a friend of the show measured the strap for us and found that the fanny packs have a max 40.5" circumference, just fyi!)

Remember Evren's excellent "Gender is Dead" design? It's now available as a PINK (or white) SWEATSHIRT, which I'm clearly excited about, as well as seven(?) different colors of stickers. Which color is your dead gender??

Proceeds on Evren's design are split between Evren and Trans Lifeline.

Love 2 skate? We've got a new sticker from you by Paige @usablehoney! Proceeds split between Paige and the National Black Justice Coalition.

Remember the time RuPaul tried to say he wasn't transphobic, but instead of tweeting out the trans flag, he shared a piece of art called "Train Landscape" for some inexplicable reason? Niko Stratis does, and that's why she designed this absolute work of art.

It's also available as a sticker...

...as well as a mug with a secret message on the back that I added without telling Niko, as a fun bonus surprise slash collaboration slash IRL shitpost. Click through to find out what it says!

Speaking of mugs, we've also turned Jade's Genitals Ain't Gender design into a mug, because who doesn't want a mug with the word genital on it???

The sticker is also available in several colors now.

And last but CERTAINLY NOT LEAST...
Surf Don't TERF hoodies are back by request, and we've sold 20 in like two days?! Y'all LOVE THESE SWEATSHIRTS. Order now before teespring runs out or something!

PS: We also have Support Trans Media hoodies again, I just remembered.
anyway ALL OF THAT is available at bit.ly/gendermerch, and ALL OF IT is less than $30 and ALL OF IT will vanish from the store by October 16. But y'all are gonna wanna order by the end of the month, because you can still get 10% off everything with the offer code "MYBAD" in all of September!
OK HOPE YOU ENJOYED THAT LONG MERCH TOUR. That's it for this week's newsletter, other than to say that I put together my dream guest list for Season 6 and am about to start actively booking the show. Hooray!
Here's your weekly Rhubarb. (I am typing at a desk and she is laying on her bed on the desk and it's very nice.)

xo,
Yr resident gender detective.
