Joy Update:
Added 2025-02-23 18:02:39 +0000 UTCIt is with deep sadness that we share that our dog Joy passed away despite everything we did to save her. She fought so hard, and for a moment, we truly believed she was going to pull through. She responded well to treatments, even wagged her tail at the vet, but in the end, her little body just couldn’t fight anymore.
I will be making a video and post it on YouTube with a more in depth update.
The final bill for Joy’s treatments was just over $3,000. My parents generously covered the costs upfront, even though they are not in the best financial situation themselves. Joy was so much more than a dog—she was a part of our family, a huge part of Busy With Dogs, and a loyal friend who brought us endless joy. Losing her has left a hole in our hearts, but we are so grateful for the time we had with her.
