2021-06-05 22:34:49 +0000 UTCI enjoyed the movie it’s definitely a different style. I think the suspense was linked with a lot of action instead of lingering shots. But it was interesting to see Ed and Lorraine more as a focal point in the movie.

But I felt like this was true to the Conjuring universe. It was everything we all love and Ed and Lorraine survived, which I wasn't sure Ed would, haha.

2021-06-04 21:45:30 +0000 UTCill definitely want a Warrens begining case movie (like a first case together type-thing) and it should be at least 2 hours long, this movie was 1:45 more or less, which is the only thing I "didn't like" about it, I still enjoyed it but, there's a reason why some of the best rated movies are "longer", and I believe its because they really care about building more and more character/plot development PD: couple days ago I read a article about and interview with the franchise team and there was something said about trying to extend the horror universe (like werewolf, etc) ... I mean... as long as they keep doing it the right way and not just to give Warner more box office money, I believe this could be really interesting!
