To be perfectly fair Mordor orcs are kinda special as well. According to all info we have from books I guess they are supposed to be 3rd best. Since there were manufactured Uruk-hai and Gandalf said in Hobbit (book only) that most fearsome are orcs of White mountains (before Uruk-hai were created). I know, they don´t look like much, but they didn´t fare bad at all. I mean they were killing those Gondor soldiers left and right.

2021-05-24 17:12:49 +0000 UTCPalantir was serching/comunicating device. There were super rare, like only 7 of them, mostly spread over Gondor and Arnor and some was lost already. They show things to user mind. Problem was that users of two different Palantirs would be linked directly to mind and Sauron get hold of one of them after he took Minas Ithil, now know as Minas Morgul. So anyone who would using palantir would be at risk to have telepathy call with him.
