Crimes of Grindlewald UNEDITED REACTION (all access)

Kinda think it's funny that none of you even entertained the thought that Grindelwald might just be bullshitting Credence about his heritage to get a willing weapon against Dumbledore. Due to the blood pact he can't fight him himself, now he doesn't have to. And he had said to his followers that Credence's Obscurus might be the only thing powerful enough to actually win against Dumbledore.

Ah Nicholas Flamel, that great alchemist that had Harry, Ron and Hermione stumped for half a movie. If only you had checked that little bit of light reading you had checked out weeks ago! The Canon that fans are upset about is a)McGonagall being alive and teaching at the time of this movie as J.K.Rowling initially had her birth at being later. (I honestly don't mind this abberation as it isn't actually referenced in the books, only on Pottermore.) And b) the obvious Dumbledore twist. I'm kind of hoping myself that it will be explained in a way that doesn't deviate from Canon. One theory could be that Grindlewald is straight up lying about Credence being a Dumbledore brother. And that would make sense as he really didn't know anything about Credence in the first movie. And if it isn't that, then hopefully there's a logical explanation that fits with Canon. I know it's JK Rowling writing these, and she's usually pretty tight with the world she's created, but if she has rewritten the Dumbledore history then it will be extremely disappointing. It would make everything from the original Canon feel pretty empty. It would almost be like if George Lucas made a new Star Wars movie claiming that Luke had an evil brother lol
