Techniques w/ Eran Webber - Constructing the Mouth

An installment in the Technique related content featured on The FAA Collective Patreon

Dear Patrons,

This week on The FAA Collective Patreon we would like to present you with a Technique video featuring Eran Webber, graduate of and past principal instructor at The Florence Academy of Art. In this video you will be expertly guided through Eran’s personal method of how to construct a mouth from clay without losing depth in the sculpture. Although a highly technical lesson, the method and anatomical information is simply explained using visual aids on a blackboard and with clear instruction. Additionally, despite the mouth constructed by Eran being imagined using proportional canons and anatomical rules, the system covered can easily be applied to living models- a practice also discussed in this video.

We hope you thoroughly enjoy this informative video!

P.S. Make sure to watch the video to the end for a fun surprise!
