Milah's Tantra Tip for the day

Step 1. Sit with your back straight, eyes open and begin to take some deep breaths to ground your self.
Step 2. Begin to take deep inhales through the nose & then exhaling through the mouth releasing with sound (starting high pitch and ending in a lower pitch). Keeping your mouth open and doing this repeatedly.
Doing this practice with a partner requires that you engage in eye contact during the practice. This assists in moving energy in unison, and co-regulating both parties nervous systems together. The practice solo will assist you in connecting with yourself, starting a dialogue with your body and learn to self regulate when your anxious, overwhelmed, nervous, scared etc....
We've all been trained to assume any sounds made outside of English words are strange and something may be wrong with you if you are making sounds outside of actual words.... any sounds really. Sounds of pleasure (outside of sex), sounds of rage etc....What if we stopped giving ourselves and others so many rules and just did what felt good and natural to us? After all , the body keeps the score right? I invite you to release through sound. Get primal and tap into whatever is inside you that needs to come out.
This one is fun because it can make you giggle, or escavate up so hidden feelings, either way it's nice to make noises without needing to think of the right words sometimes. Try it with your partner or mini and then ask them how the practice made them feel in their body + spirit after its all done
Step 3. Melting hug. Melt into your partner in tantra and hug them with sound. =)
