I recently invested in crystal sound bowls after being called for a along time to learn how to play them. I am a newbie so bare with me!
Take a moment at some point when you need a reset and play this video. I hope to share more of these with you if you like them so let me know in the comments.
My good sis LeJaila from our retreat in Mexico told me that bowls were something that would help unlock something inside of me along with using my voice while playing. Once I get comfortable with the bowls I will experiment with singing which totally terrifies me so I know I gotta do it haha
