Our Discord is a safe space for both men and women to share, connect, learn and vent! This is where Milah and Erica really get to get to know each and every one of you more intimately!
We have various channels so make sure you tap in and see all the juicy and beautiful convos that are happening! We also have locked channels just for women and for our retreat attendees.
Below are the rules/guidelines! Any violation will get kicked out and banned quick. We don’t play about keeping our community safe.

- Please be mindful of everyone triggers when sharing. The use of a “trigger warning” before sharing is encouraged when sharing potentially triggering stories.
- Our Discord mostly consists of women but there are a few wonderful gentlemenwho are a part of our dicord community. Fellas, please be respectful and respect that this is a womens space you are entering. No weird private messages that nobody asked for or soliciting.
