What are some limiting beliefs about yourself that you are ready to throw TF away?
Mine is…. I am not smart as everyone thinks I am.
My personal affirmation: I am a highly intelligent being who creates space and time to integrate all the knowledge at my fingertips. I release judgment against my beautiful mind and understand that rest and silence will allow me to retain every gem and lesson I want to learn and share.
