Doing something a little different here. Recorded a solo mini (episode?). Yeah, not sure what to call this yet. Maybe you can help with that!
Anyway, just wanted to share something that came to me yesterday as I was feeling anxious and couldn't get the edge off even after trying all my old faithful (masturbation, bath, dance party in my house) tactics. I've been having these random bursts of inspiration that have been accelerating healing for me. Spirit has really been talking to me and guiding me and I'm not getting in the way.
So I thought I'd share in hopes that it also helps you in some way.
