So yesterday I asked our people on Instagram if you’d join me on a wellness challenge in September and the response was a big YES!
I love being able to do these type of things with y’all and want your input on what would make this super beneficial.
I was thinking we could:
• Encourage each other to be active for at least 30 minutes per day and take weekends off.
• Meditation or breath work in the morning or evening all month.
• Drink a gallon of water a day (this shit works!)
• Prioritize a self care moment two or three times a week (nails, bath, dinner with friends, y’all linking in real life via the community of slack! ).

Can’t wait to prioritize our health and wellness next month. Let’s try and carry this energy all the way thru to 2022!
