BLOG: Anger/Hurt Hack
Added 2020-11-21 05:53:25 +0000 UTCJust wanted to share something for those of you that don’t always release your hurt and angry energy with tears, or even at all. I know I’ve mentioned it before but I use masturbation as a release when I’m upset. It’s a great way to get the serotonin going and distract your mind from whatever is bothering you at the moment.
The other new hack I discovered while taking a bath (after masturbation). I was in there feeling bad for myself and got this overwhelming feeling to scream. I just needed to get it the fuck out. So I put my head under water and screamed as loud as I could. I didn’t it a few times. Even threw in some full ass sentences. Call me crazy but that shit made me feel better and nobody had to hear my scary awkward roar. It’s a pretty discreet way to let it out and be totally out of control. I tend to hold my breath a lot when I’m upset or angry and both of these ways are a great way to connect back to your breath.
Anyone else got a any weird life hacks?
P.s. I def almost choked when I said those full sentences underwater so be careful 😂

Must try this I always hold my breathe in anger or frustration! My go to is cooking tho, I will chop some shit up out of frustration lol I stay feeding ppl because I can’t eat all the things I cook and I hate wasting food!
