A dark helm adorned with imagery of the sun and rays of flowing light.
While wearing the helm you may use an action to speak its command word and activate it.
Once activated, all allies within 30 ft are bathed in warmth and courage, recovering 3d6 hit points and removing the frightened condition if applicable.
Additionally, they gain resistance to cold damage for the next minute. This benefit is lost if the helm is removed or the wearer becomes unconscious.
Once this ability has been used it may not be used again until the next dawn.
