Investing in caregivers

We can have the fanciest facilities but without well-trained, caring, and fulfilled staff our efforts would be fruitless. That is why we invest both time in resources in taking care of our staff. Recently we were able to send the men and women on Not Forgotten staff on separate retreats to learn and grow together so that they might be better equipped to care for our kids.
