The unusual instruments used were a mellotone and a synthesized whistle.
There was also violin and cello.
Tae also does old school film photography - he posts his work under the name Vante
He also directed the film clip. JungKook took most of the footage for Tae in europe.

This is such a great song! V has actually said the inspiration for this song came from watching the movie “About Time” while he was in his hotel room while they were on a stop in Paris on tour. He said it was when Rachel McAdams’ character falls asleep and the main guy proposes to her so I’m pretty sure it’s not about his grandma. I’ve heard that theory, but with that being his inspiration for the song, it doesn’t make sense that it would be about his grandma. It makes sense that he’s walking backwards in the M/V because the movie that inspired him is a time travel movie. 🙂
Here’s the clip from Jimin’s V-Live where he was telling Jimin and J-Hope about it: https://youtu.be/Jz96iL3xbxE. It’s just about 5 minutes long.
Fun fact: The bears that are holding down the paper that says Winter Bear in the M/V we’re a gift from Jimin in episode 85 of Run BTS.

What a wonderful song. It’s meant a lot to me the last few months as work stress has piled on and led to some pervasive insomnia this song is in my new “calm the hell down stop overthinking and go to sleep already” playlist. I swear it lowers blood pressure and one or two listens helps a lot. I loved the breakdown on the production and yes they just make and release songs like this as “gifts” for fans because they know how best to express their appreciation to us. I’m always amazed at how much music they just make and give out, it’s also almost frustrating because I’d love to purchase almost all of the SoundCloud songs but alas.
