So my interpretation of them is that it is a kid talking to his mom, who lies dead in the bathtub (the bed, the wet one) with black holes in the arms and legs. The holes could either be needle marks, meaning she died from an overdose, or they could just be from her body decomposing. Anyways, the kid talks about all the things he wants to do, but the mom just lies there, and so the kid screams 'Stand Up!' to her. So Till and the guy on the drums (Peter Tägtgren) is the duo Lindemann. The third guy is Peter Stormare, a pretty famous movie star. He is Swedish, so of course we know him well, but he has done some pretty major roles over the years. https://m.imdb.com/name/nm0001780/ I think Stormare and Tägtgren are buddies and one night they just got the idea that he would be in a few of their videos, and this is one of them. The first time I saw it, I almost didn't recognize Till when they put that fake beard on him so that he and Stormare look like the same person. 😊
