So I guess it's time to dump out these assorted little sketchbook drawings I had left over in my sketchbook scan folder.
1 - a little swordtember piece I never finished in time for swordtember (rip)

4 - little ballpoint sketches I did on a slow day at work (references used from unsplash.com)

Those red spectrum sketches in particular are so striking. I think the subtlety of your shading is improving!
