I haven’t finished the episode yet but here are my thoughts. 500 students alone. Probably safe to say at least 200 more adults and siblings. I bet someone thought they were being smart and cleaned the bathrooms with bleach. Probably dumped some in the bowl preemptively to deal with the overuse of the facilities. A couple hundred people urinating in bleach and you’ve just made mustard gas. It wouldn’t be weapons grade so the effects wouldn’t be catastrophic.
