Twilight Dragon Finale

(contains giant dragon battle, some extra fat growth, lots of destruction, and gas)

Part 1  Part 2 Part 3

-----

"BWWWEERRR!!" Midna's entire front visibly shook with her burp. Hands relaxed to let the six barrels of beer she had just chugged slip from her claws. That certainly helped moisten the old forked tongue after devouring that bread shop. These Hyrule big shots sure knew how to bake a good loaf. Now, if only someone could set up a cheese shop nearby. There was a potential goldmine having such stores together for accessible business.

Midna had just started to look for a cheese shop when a light tapping on her shoulder broke her thoughts. A curious turn around resulted in her dark belly squishing against a contrasting, but equally soft, blue belly.

"Hello, Ms. Midna!" The blue dragon said with a polite, if emotionless, wave of a clawed hand. "You've been wandering around eating for a long time now. A lot of your friends and I think it might be time you take a break and rest up a little. Would you not agree?"

"Uh…" Midna scratched her head, sizing up this new arrival. Her red eyes sized them up before breaking into a smug grin. "Heh! Nice try, Desmond. Don't know why you switched to such a weird way of speaking, but did you think I wouldn't recognize your sparkly blue butt? The wings are a colorful touch, though."

"W-what?" Fi blushed, looking over her wide frame in confused alarm. "I...I don't know this Desmond entity, but I assure you we can't possibly look that similar to each other. Why don't we calm down and..."

"Ooooh, no!" Midna pushed her hips forward, rocking Fi back by their conflicting middles. "Not going to fall for another sleazy sales pitch, fatso."

"But...you're just as large as…"

SMCK!!

A four-fingered hand across the cheek left Fi stunned. She looked back at Midna jaw dropped, rubbing at the new blemish with her wing. It was hard to tell if Midna had intentionally avoided the use of claws.

"What now? Huh?" Midna bumped their bellies together harder. "Didn't get enough of a beating last time? Like hell, I'm going to let you talk me into another ambush."

This time Fi could not keep her footing with their fat stomachs bouncing off each other. Her big blue butt sailed back in a free fall, taking out two buildings with its abrupt crash landing.

Zelda watched the explosion of debris around Fi's rear from the castle wall and gave a defeated sigh. "I'm going to need a bottle of wine after this."

Meanwhile, Fi groaned using both wings to rub the sores splintered wood had made across her butt. Despite the objective of calming Midna down being her focus, her usually straight expression bent into the slightest of frowns. She had not done anything to deserve such abuse. And from an imp that was being ridiculously rash no less. It was so rare for the fairy to experience anger that she hardly recognized the emotion.

A shadow draped across Fi's generous girth, making her whip to face the source.

THWOOMP!

That turned out to be Midna's gut slamming into Fi's face. The sphere of black scales had an amazing amount of squish for its girth. Fat molded like putty to smother Fi until Midna's belly had almost swallowed her head.

When Fi felt herself finally stop sinking into Midna's fat, she was less than relieved. There was a short pause where Midna's skin strained to the sounds of stretched rubber. It grew intensely until the fatty mass pushed back against Fi in a rubber band effect. Her startled roar was drowned out by the crushing destruction of her own gut rolling over two whole blocks worth of housing.

"Yeek!" The world did not have time to stop spinning before Fi felt a painful tug on her tail. She looked up to find Midna grasping hard around the meaty appendage and instinctively gave the black dragon a sharp kick in their bloated middle.

Paw met stomach with an unexpected drum effect sending several ripples across Midna's scales. That just seemed to make her madder as she wound back with Fi's tail. With little effort, the blue dragon was hefted up and slammed into the housing block opposite of the two dragons.

Fi could not hold back an angry snarl while shaking the debris from her wings. This was becoming ridiculous overreaction for a simple case of mistaken identity. Slowly rising onto knees and belly, she gave Midna a warning glare before opening her mouth for one more attempt at compromising.

CRCK!!

A swift kick to the chin snapped Fi's muzzle shut, narrowly avoiding biting her tongue in the process. Too bad for Midna, this move had been anticipated by now. Fi grasped hold of the black dragon's paw and pulled with all she could.

There was much satisfaction in hearing Midna give a startled cry as she lost balance. Another tremor reverberated across the city as her butt made contact with the street, knocking over many ruined walls.

Fi was on top of Midna before she knew it. Their eyes glowed crimson red in stark contrast to their calm scales. One after another, the 'hand' tips of her wings slammed into Midna's snout as balled-up fists. In between the assault, it was clear the blue dragon's face was seething smoke.

It was only when Fi had to pause for a breath that Midna could land her own uppercut to the nose. That was just enough to startle Fi so Midna could push them off her gut. Going into a back roll on two enormous paws, Midna flapped her smaller back wings to help charge into Fi.

It did little good. With a hard flap of colored wings, Fi not only recovered from the toss but managed to slam her stomach forward to meet Midna. The resulting clash elicited a shockwave that sent roof shingles flying. Midna tried to follow up with another punch only to get it caught in Fi's wing. And then a rush of dread came over her when Fi's other wing squeezed her hip.

"Not so pleasant, is it?" Fi asked before reeling back to suplex Midna.

Much of the city block's stone foundation became cracked and uprooted by the impact of Midna's skull. The black dragon remained oddly erected with her fat bottom high in the air for several seconds. Eventually, her thick tail began to curl in a motion that flowed into her waist. The whole pear-shaped load came crashing down in another earth-shattering impact.

At least It gave a brief pause in the chaos for Fi to catch her breath. She was far from done pummeling this bratty upstart. Every blow felt like it increased her anger rather than logically sooth it.

BRRRRPPPLLLEEE!!

That did not feel like a cry of anger or even hunger. Midna craned her neck to see her stomach had become a boiling pot. Bulges pushed out rapidly across its surface, creating a rising tension deep within. Looking past it, she saw Fi in a similar predicament, stroking her middle with both wings to try quilling its violent shifting.

BWOOMP!!

"O-oh!" Midna found her view suddenly obscured by her belly surging in size. It continued to inflate as a scalie balloon in spite of efforts to push it back. Her hips and waist groaned with the piling girth pushing them wider apart. "Aah! Aah! What's happening now?"

"Yeep!?" Fi looked back in time to watch her rear pour over the street in mounting fat. It would have almost risen her off her paws if they and her feet had not surged larger to match. "It might be safe to assume the dragon fruits transformative effects work in stages than instantaneous."

"You don't say?" Midna tried to sit up only to find her breasts swelling into her chin. Pushing her girls down only brought attention to her hands.

In fact, both dragons were starting to generally grow out in steady surges. Tails speared through walls of buildings, which were promptly flattened under soft flowing butts. Paws bigger than shipping boats created large grooves wherever their owners decided to walk. The rapid expansion of their hips spilled out in all directions to cause more damage than their fight up to that point.

Before long, each dragon was bigger than Hyrule castle itself. Midna's simple act of rolling up onto meaty legs resulted in her sitting across another trio of houses. The massive amounts of fat and muscle that dropped down their lower bodies were taking 'pear-shaped' to a ridiculous degree.

Those were still not the changes that concerned Zelda. What bothered her were the spikes. At first, she saw the dragons wince suddenly, the extra horns needing a few seconds to make themselves visible through their manes of hair. Fi's tail gave a sharp thrash that caused its tip to sprout an array of boney protrusions that formed a lethal mace. Midna responded by growing several spines from her elbows and knees, which bent back to create a protective shielding.

"Well, that doesn't seem right," Zelda mused while observing the wild dragons develop more spikes along the outside of their wings. "The research said they were supposed to get smaller, not more monstrous. Did Desmond do something to those fruits specifically?"

BWAMMMFFFHH!!

Both dragons suddenly let out a synchronized burp that had Zelda and every guard nearby clutching their ears. That seemed to be a signal their mutations had stopped. They took a moment to admire these massive gains before turning attention back to each other.

Fi was first to pounce with a renewed surge of rage. She tackled Midna hard enough that their collective rears dug a new irrigation trench down the center of the city.

Having witnessed this, Zelda threw up her hands before turning to go back to her room. "Someone bring me three bottles of wine and all the chocolate in this castle."

Meanwhile, their newfound surge in power allowed Midna to recover faster than she or Fi could have expected. The black dragon capitalized on this by getting both footpaws under Fi's squishy gut for one mighty kick. It was enough to send her enormous equal sailing wing over paws across several rooftops roaring pitifully in alarm.

Fi's eventual landing generated the greatest tremor the pair had caused yet. The ground cracked outward in a rippling wave from her blue butt, flattening all within a wide radius. That was not even the worst part as the momentum of Midna's kick remained strong enough to send Fi rolling across the ground. The spherical shape of her soft, fatty body proved helpless under the laws of friction.

SPLOOSH!

At least until Fi's cataclysmic tumbling came to an abrupt end upon hitting Hyrule's harbor. Her hips hit the water to generate the highest geyser any sailor had ever seen.

And then it came crashing down upon them. Almost all of the docked boats capsized under the roaring tsunami that quickly flooded the cities fishing district.

Luckily Fi managed to regain her senses in time to realize she was drowning. Not only did her ass not roll in water, but it also did not float. It took several hard wing flaps, with frantic paw kicks, to breach the water long enough for a breath. With a bit of awkward hip-shaking, Fi eventually managed to use her tail as a paddle back to the docks.

Well, what was left of the docks. Trying to climb out of the water proved another challenge in its own right. Platforms of shattered wood did not give much buoyancy support for lifting a massive rear. Overturned merchant ships exploded from the pressure of Fi's weight on their already tense inner air pockets.

"Need a hand?"

Fi gave out a happy sigh, having just been ready to panic about being stuck in the sea. "Yeah, thanks. My feet can't seem to grip…"

Any sense of relief fizzled out when Fi glanced up to find Midna looming her belly and breasts overhead. The black dragon gently placed both hands upon Fi's head to sharply push it back beneath the waves.

Frantically flapping wings generated a downpour across nearby portions of the city. Fi tried desperately to get Midna's hands off her, but the 'hand' tips of her wings could not find a suitable position to grip them. What neither dragon could really see in all the thrashing was how Fi's paws repeatedly rammed at the carved bedrock that made up the edge of the dock. The viciously curved claws tipping her toes made easy work digging out large chunks of gravel.

By the time Midna noticed the ground crumbling around her, it was too late. She got caught riding a landside right on top of Fi, plunging both of them back under the shifting waves. Even with arms, her bloated black butt had no more luck swimming under its own weight.

Although that soft derriere did provide Fi with a great foundation to push off from. A swift kick in Midna's tail helped the blue dragon breach the surface once more gasping for air. Crawling out was a lot easier now that she had accidentally dug a rocky slope in the harbor's foundation. Fi crawled up on wings and knees, smoothing it out considerably with her much stronger belly scales. Being back on dry, seismically shattered, land never felt so good.

"Gwaar!?"

Just as Fi finished dragging her ample blubber out, something clamped her tail, threatening to pull her back in. Claws and wings promptly dug in deep to halt any backward sliding, but no amount of jiggling hip shakes could dislodge whatever was anchoring her. Pushing with all her legs strength, Fi crawled a few more arduous steps managing to pull it up with her instead. She was hardly surprised to see Midna erupt from the water.

"Seriously? Give it up already!" Fi shook her butt with all her might managing to remove Midna's grip.

By then, the black dragon had been dragged up the slop enough to get a decent grip with her clawed hands. A few hard kicks off the bedrock managed to squeeze her belly back onto the slope, where she managed to wiggle onto her feet.

"Too late to quit now, Desmond. I'm just getting hungrier the more we play."

"Oh, for the love of…" Fi rolled onto her own feet. She turned to stare down a grinning Midna with their bellies squishing hard together. They practically glowed with sunlight reflecting off their moist scales. Of course, whatever majestic appearance the two could have made was compounded by the childish rage in their mannerisms. "How in Hyrule do I even look like this Desmond person? You are so lacking in true dragon intelligence you wouldn't know the differences if they blew out your…"

BWAARRRP!

The grin dropped from Midna's face. Fi's mouth was left hanging open in an unfinished thought. Both dragon's eyes grew wide upon the realization the muffled rumbling had simultaneously come from their guts. Fi pawed at the curve of her stomach while Midna's hands clenched atop her butt. They could feel their organs filling up with something, creating a steady bloating pressure.

No, it was not their stomachs bloating up. Whatever they were generating was getting pushed further down their digestive tract. The pressure built to a point leading deep under the dragon's spines…

"Grrrngh!" Midna squeezed at her rear as a harder surge of pressure caused her to hunch over. Tail instinctively lifted to help try relieving some of the inner tautness, fully presenting her backside in the process. "W-what's going on!?"

"Mmpph! S-something very undignified for both of us, I imagine." Fi had bent forward to assume a matching posture. The inner rumbling continued with increasing intensity as it got closer to their rears. The scales across Fi's glutes vibrated, trying to tighten every muscle back there.

But not even the might of a dragon sphincter could stall the inevitable.

FFFRRRRRRTTTTTTT!!

When it came to facts, history had a way of 'forgetting' some of the more extreme details. Hundreds of years from this day would show the scholars of Hyrule were no exception to changing the story of the dragon's rampage. Given the course of events that transpired thanks to the dragon fruit, it just made things a lot less degrading.

Midna and Fi's resolve faltered at almost the same time. From deep inside their rears came the mother of all gas emissions. It was a miracle the flapping sound alone did not demolish the city in a giant shockwave. Although the devastation of the green fog that quickly seeped its way through the streets was no better. Even the distant castle was not spared being blotted out by the thick smog.

Within minutes all plant life inside the city had died. Meats and produce still left uneaten by Midna turned black before rapidly molding into mush.

The people were spared such a harsh fate, relatively speaking. At least ninety percent of the population stupid enough to remain near the draconic mountains of fat simply passed out from the overwhelming stench. Those that remained were quick to cover up or find refuge in less open-air spaces.

"Haah! Haah!" Midna gasped for breath, having failed to realize she had been holding it until her butt ran out of air. "T-that wasn't so...bad?"

THUNK!!

"Paah! Grwar? C-come on!" Fi watched her fellow dragon face plant the asphalt and gave a weak laugh. The backdoor expulsion had rendered her exhausted as well, but she felt confident in her endurance. "It seems like a poor way to win our fight by far..tahing?"

THUD!!

Fi folded her wing before collapsing on top of Midna. The added weight seemed to do nothing about shaking either of them awake. Soon their snores created a very creepy backdrop sound to those that could not see them through their self-made fog.

If you were a guard of Hyrule with the fortitude to endure such an amazingly disgusting battle, you were in for a very long night. Somehow, Zelda managed to mobilize a squad to work at getting the unconscious fatsos out of her kingdom. By the time they located Fi and Midna through their fog brand, they were surprised to find the pair had reverted back to their initial dragon state. Not that going from 'mega-huge' to just 'huge' was a drastic improvement to the princess.

They still required several wagons and a lot of levitation magic to get rolling. Zelda was just glad her warships were out on patrol earlier that morning and missed the series of capsizing tsunamis. They were the only boats probably in existence capable of supporting such mountains of jiggling cargo.

"Mmh? W-what?" Fi would awaken first to bright sunlight blinding her face while rushing cold water lapped at her puffy paw feet. She tried to sit up while blocking the sun with one wingspan. Seeing the draconic make of her limb brought back a flood of memories. A dejected sigh escaped through her sharp teeth as eyes dropped to the swell of her fat scalie belly. "Oh, right. That string of clumsy mishaps did occur."

"Mishaps!?" Fi looked down to find Zelda glaring up at her from the sandy beach. An accompaniment of guards and a still bunny-girl Link stayed close behind. "You were supposed to calm Midna down, not demolish and fumigate the city."

"Ah..uh, apologies, princess!" Fi rocked forward onto her legs, making everyone but Zelda backpedal several paces. "I think we may have underestimated the strength of these instincts the fruit brings out in dragons. It was difficult to tell when they even overtook my rational thoughts. I hope no one was hurt."

"We're going to be smelling nothing but...you guys for weeks. Otherwise, I'm more concerned about the rebuilding costs. I'm just grateful the wind blew your gas out into the sea quickly." Zelda took a deep breath, rubbing her temples for several seconds before some of her anger abated. "This is partially my fault anyway. The potion should have worn off a long time ago. This dragon fruit is unlike anything we've ever seen. Apparently, even a small amount is either very prolonged or permanent effects. Creating an antidote for you both is going to be an immense pain."

"So, where are we, anyway?" Midna spoke up, surprising everyone that she was now awake. Her gut had grown a bit too big to sit up, so she had to settle with propping up on her elbows.

Link stepped forward, putting a hand on Midna's looming thigh. "Zelda had you girls shipped out to one of our nearby trade islands. We figured since neither of you can seem to swim or fly that well, it'd be safest to keep you very far away from the mainland."

"Well...I do like the beach." Midna stared off into the empty blue ocean surrounding their little beach. She almost jumped when Fi placed a reassuring wingtip on her shoulder. "Really sorry about all the trouble, you guys. I was just so hungry…"

"That's one thing you fat mountains won't have to worry about." Zelda brushed some stray locks from her face in a huff. "I picked these islands because they're some of our most fertile farming lands. It'll be months before either of your starve to death, and gods help us if I don't make a cure by then."

"Oh...okay…" Midna's tail gave a defeated wag.

Fi also slumped. "That is a sound plan, princess. We should manage safely here."

To their surprise, Link leaped the many feet up onto Midna's thigh. The pink bunny gave each of them a bright smile with hands on hips. "Don't be that glum, girls. We've been through far worse adventures than this."

Midna gave a small chuckle, unsure if she saw Fi giving the faintest of smiles too. "Link, you are like the world's fluffiest doll from up here. I could just cuddle you."

"...like I said, at least I don't look tasty. YIP!" Link had been caught blushing more from her close proximity to Midna's stomach than the compliments. Before she knew it, Midna had snatched her up to become level with the wide dragon's snout.

Things got a little worrisome when Midna's lips parted shining fanged smile, which opened into a drooling maw. But then her expansive tongue popped out to smoother Links face in an affectionate lick. "Not going to lie, you do taste like bacon. But it's better having you around to scrub our scales."

"Heh! Good to hear," Link said, giving Midna's nose a comforting hug. He got a bit of a shock when Fi leaned in close to rub her nose against the pink bunny's fur too.

"Our hero does make for an adorable caretaker."

"Oh, brother!" Zelda shook her head as she turned to head back down the beach. She needed to get back to her castle to start work on repairing her capital...and deodorizing thousands of rubies in clothes.
