61 - Quick Tutorial - Vertex Maps

Hello everyone and welcome to my first quick tutorial.

This video is visible for every follower on Patreon, as I was already talking about some of the parts in previous tutorials.
For everyone new to my channel, this is not the usual pace of teaching, normally I explain stuff more in detail.
Also please let me know if this format is interesting for you?

And here is the video which explains everything more in detail:

61 - Quick Tutorial - Vertex Maps

Comments

thank you, that helped. I am still new to C4D

Glory Saavedra

did you turn off your gravity?

Vincent Schwenk

Hello Vincent, thank you for the tutorial! I followed the steps and everything works but unfortunately the object is always wandering down until it disappears from the scene and I cannot find the issue. Do you have any tips?

Glory Saavedra

When you have the RS vertex map selected to can just drag and drop it directly from your object.

Vincent Schwenk

From where are you dragging the Vertex Map into RedShift?

Guillaume

juanito olivarria

Vinicius Naldi

Thank you!!! Coooool

Carol Wang

Yes I mean at the end of the tutorial, post the render you just made, and then show the one you spent longer time on. It can stay at the start also but is good to have the point of reference ☺️

Gerard Hindle

Do you mean showing only at the end or also at the end again?

Vincent Schwenk

Hi Vincent, you should really show the finished result at the end of the tutorial. The quick one and the one you made.

Gerard Hindle

Cool, ty! ✌️
