Well the video says it all.
Cheers
Vincent
Hey Vincent, just saw this, I think I've had similar episodes of 'dizzines' when I couldn't focus on the screen or had kinda increased light sensitivity. My best explanation was that the body was forcing me to take a rest or to talk through some tensions in relationships. Now it seems I can detect this earlier and try to take it easier on myself to prevent such episodes.
Anyways, hope you are well and appreciate your videos!

I know you posted this a bit ago but I had the same problems, cut out sugars and carbs. Eat primarily beef and protein. You need to have the cleanest blood with little to no buildups right now. Feel free to DM me. All the best!!

Bro, you are amazing! Your tutorials are game-changers, and I learned so much thanks to you. I am reading this book called Yoga-Nidra by Kamini Desai. I think some of the relaxing practices, as well as insights about body, mind and relaxation could really help you with your well-being.

Hey Mundhir,
thanks for your help. I did a lot of health research and now I am talking a few supplements to improve my situation. B12 was probably pretty low, after I am not eating meat and Hamburg is terrible grey in winter, so D3 is also pretty good.

You're a huge inspiration, Vincent. We're all wishing you a relaxing and clam recovery. We'll be here when you're ready. Less pressure!!!
I recently had to quit my full time design lead position because of a nerve injury in my back due to prolonged sitting/working. I'm always here to talk.

I hope you find peace and balance again Vince. You are one of my examples of talent and humanity in this industry and this video proves that. One of the things that causes anxiety can be thinking too far in the future.
In my case I found really helpful thinking about what is in my radio of influence and what does not depend on me :) this sounds simple but really helped me to put things in place and accept life as it comes.

You're definitely not the only one on that boat, Vincent. I had to cut out coffee (and some other stressors) several years ago after having a panic attack while driving on the highway - ugh, scary stuff!
Glad you're taking it seriously and are physically well otherwise. You'll figure out how to manage it in time, and in the meantime we're really looking forward to the collaborations that come out of this.
Cheers!

I feel you. This world is so fast and we want to do so many things, and suddenly the days, weeks and months are already gone. I can't switch off my mind and sometimes i feel overwhelmed. I think that it's something common on "creative people", and it's important to work on that and try to improve our mental health.
Big hugs, for sure you will get better soon!

Stay well Vincent. All the best and I’m sure you’ll be back in no time! Patience and resilience is key here so take all the time you need to take care of yourself. I also had my fair share of mental stress in the last few months and it’s a frustrating and long journey but better days will eventually come.

Dear Vincent, I hope your path to recovery gets clear soon and you can feel better soon. I had pretty crazy stress induce issues during my creative career, I own a digital agency with employees as well as I’m a father of two. I ended up in the hospital once and had gone through many panic attacks. At the end is a battle with yourself and build the power of let things go and feel better, visualize yourself on a nice bike ride and then suddenly you decide to release your hands from the handlebar with your eyes close, and enjoy the feeling of being alive and regain the trust in yourself. We, your community, are going to support you no matter your next decision will be. I am here if you need to talk with a random person that really care about you and can share anecdotes and some laughs. Big hugs Vincent!

Sending support your way, Vincent. I know what it's like dealing with anxiety, and many in the creative industry do too.
I suggest checking your vitamin D and B12 levels if you haven't done already, as deficiency can cause dizziness.
I hope you feel better soon.

After a pretty stressful set of work gigs two summers ago - I started seeing flashing lights and my vision felt like it had shifted - I went to see an eye-doctor and got told my eyes were healthy and it was just stress-related. After taking some "time out" and updating my glass prescription - the flashing stopped (after about 3 weeks). I don't know if it helps but I also read up on "Lutein" (found in Kale & Spinach) there's various health stores that sell it as eye support/vision health supplements. Lastly - I switched to a Samsung G9 Neo as I read that the hyper-curved screen was more relaxing on the eye - I've personally found this to be the case, previously I was using a flat 32" 4K ultra-sharp and after a long-day designing eye-fatigue was noticeable.

Take all the time you need to recover. Health comes first!
I quit my art director job in advertising a year ago now and I am slowly recovering from a burn out. The anxiety was manifesting through rashes and difficulties to breath. You are definitely not alone.
I am switching career and working towards being a 3D Generalist and the high quality content you are providing us is really helping my craft.
Thank you for all that you do, take some time for yourself. We are not going anywhere.

I struggled with anxiety a year or so back. It can mess with your body in strange ways; for me, it was my breathing. I would suddenly have these attacks where I felt like I wasn't getting enough oxygen. I started working out more, meditating, and caring for myself. Luckily, it completely went away. Thank you for being so open with us; I can see it on your face that you're struggling with this as it's taking you away from doing things you love to do. You'll get through this, all things pass. Thanks again for all you do and good luck!

Stress and anxiety is actually the number one cause of people taking sick leave here in Sweden - you are definitively not alone! Take all the time you need to recover fully, it's so easy to end up in a loop where you go back to work when it feels a little bit better but then the stress creeps back... I think the 3D/design industry is getting more hectic with dailies, the "grind" mindset and everyone's lives revolving around work and productivity. It's so easy to feel like shit haha. I honestly love my job - but I still want a 4 hour work day. Life is too short. Gute Besserung Vincent!

Burn out is a real thing.....it's sort of the reason i've dived back in to 3d stuff. My 'day job' is freelance designer at ad agencies....Work loads, attitudes, stress and strains all take their toll so im finding a bit of solace taking time out and re-learning 3d. Its a nice break and what has bought me here. You're doing a great job mate and you are a brilliant teacher. Get out on your bike and breathe a bit (im not planning on going anywhere) :)
