I find it very difficult to find agencies that actually fit my style. Anyway, my biggest decision so far has been to start using C4D/Redshift last year, after 10 years of using Maya and Arnold. Arnold is great (even nicer renders than RS in my opinion, but extremely slow in render times), but Maya was making me go so slow and it really didn't have the 3D approach that I needed.
