In this case, it will be sent just before the first of the month post. In your case, the Dec. URL was sent to your "Newsletter inbox" on 4/Dec~5/Dec. The "Newsletter inbox" is located in the upper right corner of the screen, to the right of "Messages" by pressing the ✉mail symbol.
