1stly, many thanks for the shoutout at 5:00. I'm very pleasantly surprised & honored. Seriously, it means a lot to me. AFAICT, most of the commenters getting recognized by the OPs are those who comment earliest/most often (I.e. Not me, given how long it takes me to put my thoughts into coherent sentences). I still try to leave helpful comments when I can, but mostly don't know if the OPs read them, which sometimes makes me wonder whether it's worth trying so hard. Since becoming your patron, you've helped me feel seen, so much so that even when you don't like/reply to a particular comment, I feel confident that you'll at least read it. Now, I feel like I've reached some kind of milestone, so many thanks again. 2 more things of note: -1) I know Fatman probably didn't mean literally, but just to clarify, I'm definitely not an expert, just an enthusiast. -2) I hope you don't mind if I wait until ep8 to answer Fatman's 4:50 question. While not explicitly stated, there is a big clue & I wanna see if you or Fatman notice it. 2ndly, other thoughts about ep7: -The demon at ~3:10 is the same one viking dad saw in his ep6 dream (~11:40). He's Vidarr, the norse god of vengeance. Both viking dad & son mention him by name (~16:10). In this context, he's basically Satan, giving viking dad the power to exact revenge in exchange for viking dad's loyalty/soul. -I'm surprised you let the cute turtle/bird scene play out without worrying that they were gonna get chomped. -In reference to ~8:30, that's "the ship that the viking guys were chasing them in".
