The Ackermans aren’t just slaves that follow orders, their instinct might cause a strong bond to form but that’s where it ends. Mikasa’s never “obeyed” Eren, in fact she’s even put him in check a few times in the past. The King went around trying to kill off the Ackermans because they opposed him. They have their own free will. Plus Mikasa’s gotten headaches for reasons that don’t involve Eren before (like when her adopted family was killed, when Armin almost died, etc.). I think Eren used the headaches as a way to trick Mikasa into believing him. And the Armin/Bertholdt thing doesn’t make sense because Armin never became hostile to Paradis after eating Bertholdt. I’m sure the only influence a shifter has over the inheritor is their memories. Eren is lying. I’m not sure why exactly, but him claiming that he “always hated Mikasa” is a huge red flag for me because it’s so obviously not true.
