Itaewon Class has a great cast. The male lead is a typical Korean hero, a man of few words, stoic disposition, but a temper that is spectacular when it boils over. The female cast are delightful and quirky to balance out the mood. It's too bad Siyeon didn't sing the original title song. She's better than Gaho.

2025-10-19 06:14:26 +0000 UTCAlchemy of Souls is from the writers of Hotel del Luna, and it has that fantasy element (done well) that is hard to find in K-dramas. It's unique - and good (and really good OST). I showed my parents this as their first K-drama, and I think they've watched it at least 10 times. Others on the list are also good. IU is in Scarlet Heart...so of course that's a must watch at some point, though I think Producers is actually better amongst dramas of hers you haven't seen yet...and her film Broker is outstanding too.
