Not only are the characters so well written, but the cast really brings them to life in a way that hits deep. Yes, it's very much an emotional journey, but so worth it.

2025-06-23 09:08:25 +0000 UTCThis was one of the first Kdramas I ever watched, and when Dreamcatcher debuted a year later it really helped me understand the imagery they used in their MVs as well as Korean beliefs surrounding the supernatural. There are only a handful of Kdramas that operate on this epic level, Hotel del Luna being my favorite, but this one comes close. You may recognize the actor playing the Goblin from Squid Game where he was the sadistic recruiter.

2025-06-22 21:03:37 +0000 UTCI've so been looking forward to this! I'm a huge Lee Dong-wook (Grim Reaper) fan and his bromance with Gong Yoo (Goblin) is legendary! They were in the military together and have such a close bond and they are hilarious when they get together. Gong Yoo was the subway guy in Squid Game, which might be where you saw him before? The OST is gorgeous too ๐
