Elly is from Weki Meki along with IOI's Yoojung and Doyeon. Definitely check the full performance videos for 'Charismatic' and 'Snap' on Youtube! It's definitely cool seeing the differences in both the choreo and vocals as well as each members personality/stage presence showing through. They all have slightly different vibes for sure.
