Chaeyeon (she is ITZY Chaeryeong's older sister btw) left for a multitude of reasons, but I think it was mostly because she just had her solo debut and it was doing quite well at the time. It's also believed that MNET just used her popularity to gain attention for the show and also told her to downvote everyone and become the "blacksheep" of the show so to speak. Another member, Haein from Laboum, was also announced that she left the show the same time as Chaeyeon. I think the initial reason she gave was she didn't like how competitive it was (being more like a survival show than previous Queendom seasons). Then a few months later she announced both her marriage and pregnancy at the same time, so it's safe to say that she probably found out during the show and left for the health of the baby.
