I've been slowly catching up on Dreamcatcher Notes, but starting in reverse-chronological order, so this will be fun to catch up starting from the beginning now for me too! There is so much I enjoy about early Dreamcatcher content, it's refreshing yet nostalgic at the same time. Refreshing in that while the first Dreamcatcher Notes were shorter in nature compared to now, they felt more raw, which you typically see with newly formed groups (especially from smaller companies). Even seeing everyone's faces unblurred in the background kinda' dates the videos since Korea passed some laws pertaining to privacy and recording without another party's consent. Which is all fine in the end, but it makes these early videos feel more relatable and homemade in a sense. But yeah, as you predicted, they get more comfortable around the camera as years pass and things get a bit more chaotic, and the videos get longer so you see more from each member as well. So there are still positives as the content shifts slightly over the years.
