Funny enough Kahi was on a show back in 2022 called Mama The Idol, the show was used to form an idol group of moms with 4 previously being from 1st/2nd gen Kpop groups, one being a soloist, and another being an actress all born between 1980-1989. Their debut as the group MAMADOL was fantastic and proved the point that idols could extend their careers way past what the general public considered too old to be an idol. Too bad it was only a temporary project group, I'd love to see them continue if they already didn't have such busy lives working/being moms.

2024-09-11 15:49:23 +0000 UTCMNET's dirty editing throughout as usual but especially on that group for 'My Best', their finalized performance was immaculate! Definitely looking forward to the rap and dance rounds next week now. This is somewhat speculation on my part, but I think the reason for Kahi especially tearing up at the "Mother" line (other than Sejeong's emotion being poured into the way she sang it) was because Kahi had a child in October of 2016, and this episode was filmed and aired in February of 2016. So 9 months before giving birth means the math adds up that she likely just found out she was pregnant right before filming that episode! She got married in March while the show was still filming and publicly announced her pregnancy in May after the show ended.
