2024-01-17 08:49:40 +0000 UTCThis is what I've always known, because I had just gotten into Mamamoo like 4 months before Queendom started airing and I had just decided on Wheein as my bias, so it was very sad when I realized she wasn't around for most of the show. So, I started looking into it and this is what kept coming up. She's always been opened about her mental health struggles, so I've never had reasons to doubt my research. But, if I'm wrong, I'm more than happy to be corrected, even better becausse it'd mean she didn't go through that.

2024-01-16 20:17:01 +0000 UTCIf anyone is curious. Solar's added rap part during "Good Luck" was a snippet of the song "Puss" by Jimin from AOA. That was the song Jimin performed with on UnPretty Rapstar. That's why when Solar started they cut to a clip of the other members of AOA looking at Jimin. Also, Seol Hyun of AOA was filming/participating in a KDrama at the time, I am pretty sure. That's why she seems to be out a lot. She was practicing at different times.

2024-01-16 19:15:20 +0000 UTCIf I remember correctly, Seolhyun was filming a drama as well during Queendom. I think she mentions it at a later episode. So during the first few episodes, she was only on during performances but she’s more present later on.

2024-01-16 15:50:54 +0000 UTCThroughout the duration of Queendom, you're sure to notice Wheein's absence more and more. During this time, Wheein was on kind of a "hiatus" period (even though she was doing the Queedom performaces still) due to her (well-known by fans) struggles with anxiety and depression. She was taking a mental health break, but not really because she still had to do Queendom, so that must have been very hard for her. This is the information I know about the situation, but if anyone else knows more about it, feel free to let us know.
