Birthday Q&A Pt. 2

Hey all, here's the continuation of the Youtube Q&A.

Discussing:

πŸ’š Expanding into adult content

πŸ’š Porn and the internet

πŸ’š Morals and ethics in ASMR?

πŸ’š My boundaries

Comments

Thank you so much for this. Asmr roleplays have always been a creative stimulant for me too and I've always hoped that folks are taking the same inspiration from my audios as well. So I'm insanely happy to know these characters are living out adventures in other people's imaginations too πŸ’š

The line can between escapism and delusion can be dangerous, and I appreciate the boundaries you set to keep your audience and yourself safe. ASMR roleplays actually help keep me closer to earth. Helps me process stuff I have trouble dealing with because I know it's fantasy, and fantasy has always been a safe place for me. I can feel what I need to feel then just move on. And your roleplays definitely stimulate creativity. I have a whole HBO series mapped out in my head based on the domme friend confession vid, and I fall asleep thinking up storyboards for the 7 minutes in heaven series.

I'm continuously amazed at how much of a gem I've had a chance to discover while clicking through random YouTube videos. But it makes so much sense now, hearing that you were (are?) on the other side of ASMR RP genre as well. Every time I listen to one of your audios, my thoughts are, "This ticks all the boxes. Please, more". And that's because you're creating content that you yourself would like to see! (presumably. hopefully I'm not overreaching here) It's great to hear that you're paying attention to your boundaries and ethics behind your channel. Comparing ASMR RP content to rom-coms is... hmm. One could make a compelling argument that rom-coms often prey on women that don't feel loved or appreciated enough in their everyday relationships. It's all about the goalpost, and where we start saying that something is predatory, and where something is just some content that people enjoy seeing. Often it's the former only when the creator actively seeks to exploit weak points of their audience for profit. So it's really reassuring to hear that you're aware of it and have such a strong moral compass. I'm actually glad you will not be making explicit content. From my experience, it makes the channel feel a bit weird to watch. Kinda like learning that your study buddy has an OF. Nothing against the profession itself, we're all hustling in this world trying to stay afloat the best we can, but it does make future interactions with that person feel... weird. Thank you for the Q&A! It was very insightful and nice to listen to :)
