March Council Meeting

💚First, please leave any feedback, requests, suggestions etc. Requests can be for Listener characters, Speaker characters, scripts, prompts etc.

💚Channel trajectory will be moving towards story-driven audios. Traditional girlfriend ASMR has always been something that doesn't come easily for me and I feel a lot more inspired and excited in exploring fantasy and in depth story-telling.
I know a lot of folks are looking for something cuddly, affectionate, or suggestive in their Gf audios on youtube and honestly, posting that kind of content is the "secret to success" when it comes to channel growth. I know I'll probably never reach the same numbers a lot of those channels do and may even lose some of my current audience with this shift but I need to be ok with that. I think there's a significantly smaller audience that's interested more in complex story telling and world-building but hopefully those who are equally passionate about it will enjoy the corner of the internet I provide, haha.

💚What other type of content might be coming up? The big project I'm considering is soundscapes. If you're a fan of ambient background/music when you work, you might be familar with videos like "Coffee Shop Ambience for Studying". Well, I'm considering making these within my audios' universes. The two I have in mind so far would be for the Witch Classmate and Spider Girlfriend. I really liked the ambience of the Witch's apartment and I think a lot of others did too. So a longer form soundscape for studying, working, sleeping, etc. might be something like the general background ambience of her apartment with various sounds to depict her shuffling around and prepping her potions while you hang out. Similar idea for Spider gf baking in the kitchen. What do you think, is it something you would use if your favorite characters had one?

💚A few smaller ideas I've been considering are around making scripted and unscripted sleep aid/ramble videos, primarily around reading. I've got a couple of books in mind including poetry, fairy tales, and folklore (would love to do something spooky around Halloween as well). I thought bed time stories could also make for a good Mommy audio every once in a while. Let me know what you think.

💚A final big one that definitely affects you is potentially limiting the months that Goblin Council "meets". I don't want folks feeling like they need to pay the highest amount possible every month and if folks need to drop off, it may make things like sound offs and polls a little less effective if there are only a few of us. My thought was to open Goblin Council as a tier every 2-3 months so you still have an opportunity to download the YT audios and chime in while saving some $ on the off months. This would also save me some extra work so every month isn't as demanding😓 . Let me know if you would hate this.
