Her minivan is still running in the driveway. Police arrive on scene and quickly determine there is likely more to the boy’s story than he is letting on.

I haven't finished the episode yet, I just have to take a minute to praise this 911 Operator! She is just so compassionate but in a very efficient way and does a great job. We typically talk more about the bad operators and question how much of an impact their actions have on the outcomes of the stories we hear. This particular operator should be the set standard. Now, I'm going to return to the story.
