033. Eve (Character Intro)
Added 2024-02-24 17:35:21 +0000 UTCEVE, which stands for Extraterrestrial Vegetation Evaluator, is the secondary character and WALL-E's love interest in Disney's animated feature film WALL-E.
Due to her robotic design there isn't much in the way of pose's so my plan is to have her giggling, because I love that pose, while holding hands with WALL-E, this should also serve to boost her off the floor since she's supposed to hover. The flat bottomed version is already finished and will be out shortly for those wanting her as a standalone model and the one with WALL-E will be out in a few days once I've finished his model. There's a little bit of character trivia below, as always thanks for subscribing!
- EVE was designed with the help of Apple's behind-the-scenes designer Jonathan Ive, who was responsible for the design of the iPod.
- EVE was named after the first woman on Earth according to the Bible, because Andrew Stanton thought that WALL-E's loneliness reminded him of Adam, before God created his wife.
- In the DVD special features, it is said that EVE enjoys long hovers on the beach.
- Like D-FIB, PR-T, and NAN-E, EVE is one of the only 'female' robots on the Axiom.
- Her name is pronounced "Eve", but WALL-E mispronounces her name as "Eva". Interestingly, "Eva" (stylized as "EVA") is EVE's name in Spanish and Portuguese.
