For quite some time, the sparkling was considered to be sole representative of its genus. This bold presumption, however, was profoundly shattered after more and more of faerie-like dragons emerged from the most peculiar places. Some experts of microzoological alchemy even hypothesize the existence of a completely uncharted realm sprawling with thousands upon thousands of similar creatures covered in pinkish scales and carried by insect-like wings. One of them: the howling. Rather cheerful looking yet grim and more than ready to engage.

:) I think, I would tone down the damage of its Howling Flurry quite a bit or replace it with the Deafened condition altogether. Just some initial thoughts:)
